2. How to Import Hurricane Deals into BluMortgage

Mass Import Deals from Hurricane

To start the import, we first need to open BluMortgage Zoho CRM:
  1. Login to your Zoho CRM BluMortgage account
  2. Navigate to the "Mortgage" module
  3. Click the “Pull from Hurricane” option in the top-right corner of the page
  4. Click "Auto Import"
  5. Confirm by clicking on "Ready to import"

Add an Individual Deal

You may need to add individual deals in your BluMortgage account:
  1. In your BluMortgage CRM, click on the module named "Mortgages"
  2. Click the “Pull from Hurricane” option in the top-right corner of the page
  3. Make sure the Prefix field is filled in (e.g., MGON) and enter the Deal number in the field next to the prefix.
  4. To add or update multiple deals, click the plus (+) sign to add more.
  5. Click "Submit"

Update an Individual Deal

You may need to update individual existing deals in your BluMortgage account:
  1. In your BluMortgage CRM, click on the module named "Mortgages"
  2. Find the deal record you want to update
  3. Click the “Update from Hurricane” option in the top-right corner of the page
  4. Check the options you want to update (Stage, Name, Owner)
  5. Click "Submit"
