BluMortgage Pre-Built Campaigns: Active Lead Campaign

Your BluMortgage system comes with built-in campaigns to help you drive sales and increase customer retention without taking up your valuable time. The Active Lead Campaign helps you nurture leads (prior to sending them an application).



How to Start the Campaign
To begin using the Active Lead Campaign, first ensure that the related workflows (listed below) are turned on.
Next go to the Borrower's record and click the Active Lead Campaign? checkbox.

What it Does

BLU005E: Initiate New Lead Campaign

  1. Updates the Lead Campaign Start Date in the Borrower’s record to the date the checkbox was selected.
  2. An email will send to the lead, which will introduce you and suggest scheduling a phone call.

BLU007E: New Lead Campaign Follow-ups

  1. Follow-up emails will be sent to the lead.

 

Workflow Schedule

The initial email to the lead will send immediately once the checkbox has been selected.

The follow-up emails will send as per the below schedule:

  1. 1 days after the lead campaign start date
  2. 3 days after the lead campaign start date
  3. 5 days after the lead campaign start date
  4. 10 days after the lead campaign start date

How to Stop the Automation

If for any reason you want to stop the workflow for a particular lead, you can uncheck the Active Lead Campaign? checkbox.
