Can I configure multiple emails under one user?

Can I add more than one email for email configurations?

Introduction

Unfortunately, Zoho only allows for one email configuration per user. However, there are a few steps you can take that might help you achieve the outcome you're looking for.  If you have any questions about this feature, please reach out to the BluRoot team at support@bluroot.ca.

How to Use

  1. From email addresses 
    1. Go to the Setup Page (⚙️) on the top right of the page next to your profile picture.
    2. Under Channels, select Email, select the Email tab to the right of Compose
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "More From Address"
    4. Click on "Add Email Address" to add other email addresses to your CRM
  2. BCC Dropbox 
    1. Go to the Setup Page (⚙️) on the top right of the page next to your profile picture.
    2. Under Channels, select Email, select the BCC DropBox tab to the right of Email Parser
    3. Add the auto-generated BCC email to your email BCC field for it to be logged into the CRM
  3. Email sync and configuration outside of Zoho
    1. Convert all email addresses to one inbox and then sync to your CRM
    2. You will have to do this based on your email platform
