Creating/Editing Email Templates

Introduction

This article will show you how to create and edit email templates in BluMortgage

Every company wants their own brand image and identity, and we understand that! In BluMortgage we give you the ability to not only change our existing pre-built email templates, but to also build your own. Here are the steps on how to do this:
  1. Access Setup: Log in to your Blue Mortgage account and click on the gear icon (⚙️) to access the setup page.

  1. Navigate to Templates: In the setup page, click on "Templates" to manage your email templates.

  1. Create New Template: To create a new email template, click the "New Template" button.

  1. Select Module: Choose a module based on the type of information you want to include in the template. 

  1. Choose Layout: Pick a layout for your email template. You can select from different designs, including campaign-style, designed templates, or plain text.

  1. Compose Content: In the selected layout, compose the email content. You can add images, links and use dynamic fields called Merge Tags  (e.g., #FirstName) to personalize the template with borrower-specific information.

  1. Set Name and Subject: Provide a name for the template and set the subject line that clients will see.

  1. Save and Organize: Save the template and choose a folder for organization.
