Automatically Add Conditions

Introduction

This article describes how to automate and customize the conditions feature in BluMortgage.

How to Use

On the mortgage module, there is a conditions section where you can keep track of documents. Below are the steps to automatically add conditions when a mortgage enters a certain stage:
  1. Click on (⚙️) icon.
    1. In the Settings page, under Automation, select Workflow Rules.
  2. Create a Workflow rule.

  3. Once you've selected your workflow criteria;
    1. Under Instant Actions, select Add Conditions
    2. Specify the conditions you'd like to automatically add
      1. General Conditions - This conditions are associated with the mortgage.
      2. Borrower Conditions - This conditions are associated to the specific borrower.
    3. Specify the Borrower's Income Type next to the selected conditions.
      1. If the Income Type is not specified, the system will automatically add that condition to all the borrowers in the mortgage.
    4. Click Save
  4. Save the Workflow to complete the automation.
Once the workflow has been completed, make sure to activate the workflow for the conditions to auto-populate under the mortgage page.

Custom Conditions

You can add custom conditions to your workflow. When selecting your conditions, simply start typing whatever custom value you require. As you start typing, the option to create a new condition will appear. Click this option, and the condition will be added to your workflow:
