How to Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication is a useful way to ensure the security of your logins. Sometimes however, users need to temporarily turn this off. In those cases follow the steps in the video below.

  • Log in to your CRM account
  • Click on your profile icon (top right corner)
  • Select “My Account” from the dropdown menu
  • Go to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings
  • Find the MFA toggle switch
  • Turn the toggle off to disable MFA
