How to activate a user in Zoho One

Introduction 

Please follow the steps below to activate a user. Note that the user must already have been added to your account. To add a user, please follow the steps provided in this article.

  1. In your CRM, click on the Z Bundle icon located next to your profile picture.
  2. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
  3. Go to the Users section. This will take you to the Active Users tab.
  4. Click on the dropdown that says Active Users and select All Users.
  5. Locate the user you’d like to activate and click on their profile.
  6. In the top-right corner, click the Activate button.
  7. Confirm the activation.
