Introduction

You can customize the colors of stages displayed in the Kanban View to make it easier to track and organize your records visually.

How to Change Stage Colors

Step 1: Open Setup

1. Click the Setup (⚙️) icon located in the bottom-left corner of the screen, just above your profile picture.
2. Under Customization, select Modules and Fields.

Step 2: Choose the Stage Colors

1. Hover over the Insurance module.
2. Click the three-dot menu and select Stage-Probability Mapping.
3. In the pop-up window, check the box labeled Enable color for picklist options.
4. Choose your preferred color for each stage.
5. Click Save when you're finished.

Step 3: Apply Colors Option to Kanban View

1. Go to the Insurance module.
2. Next to the Stage View Dropdown, click the pencil icon to open Kanban settings.
3. In Kanban View - Settings, locate Header Style.
4. Select Multi Color from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Save.

Your Kanban stages will now display using the colors you selected.
