How to Create a Webhook in Zoho CRM for Zapier

How to Use

On your Zoho CRM Account, there is a webhook action in the workflow rules section that can be used to send information over to Zapier. Below are the steps to create a webhook action:
  1. Open Zapier Account
  2. Create a New Zap
    1. Select "Webhook" as Trigger > Select "Catch Hook" as the Event > Select Continue to Skip the Child Key section > Copy Zapier Webhook URL
  3. Open Zoho CRM Account
  4. Click on the Settings "⚙️" Icon.
    1. Go to Automation > Workflow Rules > Create Rule > Set the Workflow Rule Conditions > Select "webhook" as the Instant Action
  5. Once the Webhook window pops up
    1. Enter the webhook name > Method remains as POST > Paste the URL copied from Zapier into the URL to Notify box
    2. Under the Body section, select Form-Data for type field > enter the parameter name and map the CRM field you'd like to attach to this parameter name 
  6. Save and Associate the Webhook
  7. Save and Associate the Workflow Rule
