    • Upload your document using Choose File
    • Select the destination folder
    • Optionally add a description for future reference
  6. Click Import to create the template.

Once imported, the template will be available in your Mail Merge library and can be edited at any time.

Editing a Mail Merge Template

After opening a template, you can add merge fields that automatically pull information from CRM records when the document is generated.

Mail Merge Templates also support related records and repeating sections, making them ideal for documents such as Insurance Portfolio Statements, Investment Summaries, and other reports that display multiple records.

When editing tables, you can:

  • Add or remove columns
  • Insert merge fields
  • Create repeating rows for related records
  • Customize the layout of your document
