1. How to Install/Set Up the BOSS Extension

Introduction

This article describes how to install and set up the BOSS extension in your BluMortgage CRM account. If you have any questions about this extension,  please reach out to support@bluroot.ca

How to Use

Note: If you haven't installed the BOSS extension yet, you can do so by clicking on this link
  1. Open BluMortgage CRM Account
    1. Install the BOSS Extension
  2. After the BOSS Extension has been installed, select the "Mortgage" module
  3. Click the "Pull from BOSS" button
    1. Select the "Connect" button to complete the extension installation
  4. Go back to the Mortgage Module and select the "Pull from BOSS" button (again), and insert the following information:
    1. BOSS Brand Code - Your BOSS Brand Code is the first segment of your BOSS Deal ID. If your BOSS Deal ID is 01-0002-000123, then your Brand code is 01.
    2. Boss Brokerage Code - Your BOSS Brokerage Code is the second segment of your BOSS Deal ID. If your BOSS Deal ID is 01-0000-000123, then your Brokerage code is 0000.
