How to Integrate Facebook Leads

There are 2 ways to connect your Facebook account with your BluMortgage account and both of these methods require an integration with Zoho Social.

The first way is to have the entries of your Lead Form automatically integrate with the CRM as leads.
The second way is to automatically add a Facebook user as a lead in your CRM when the user interacts with your brand- either through a message, like or comment.

If you have not made any modifications already to your BluMortgage account, the "Leads" module will be hidden. As such, the Lead Form integration will not work.
