How to do a mass update

Mass updating specific fields

Step 1: Go to the Desired Module

  • Open the module where your records are located (e.g., Mortgages).

Step 2: Switch to List View

  • Click on the List View option to display your records.

Step 3: Show Maximum Records

  • Click the View Settings icon (top right).
  • Set the display to 100 records per page.

This allows you to update up to 100 records at a time.

Step 4: Select Records

  • Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible records.

Step 5: Open Mass Update

  • Click the three dots (⋯) menu.
  • Select Mass Update.

Step 6: Choose Field and Value

  • Select the field you want to update (e.g., Construction Type).
  • Choose the new value.

Step 7: Apply Update

  • Click Update to apply changes to all selected records.

Part 2: Changing Record Ownership

Step 1: Select Records

  • Select all records using the top checkbox.

Step 2: Open Owner Change Option

  • Click the three dots (⋯) menu.
  • Select Change Owner.

Step 3: Choose New Owner

  • Select the user you want to assign the records to.
  • Click Done.

Step 4: Confirm Change

  • Click Change Owner to finalize.
