How to "release" your email from another Zoho Account
Introduction
If you’ve previously used your email address in another Zoho account, you may encounter issues when trying to set up your BluMortgage Zoho CRM account. To resolve this, please follow the steps below to release your email:
- Log in to Zoho CRM using your old credentials associated with the email you want to release.
- Click on your profile picture and select “My Account” (bottom left corner).
- Navigate to “My Email Addresses”, where your current email will appear as the primary email address.
- Click “Add Email Address” and enter a different email (you must have access to it). An OTP will be sent to that email.
- Enter the OTP to verify the new email.
- Once added, hover over the new email and click “Set as Primary Email Address.”
- After switching, delete the original email address from the account.
Once completed, you should be able to use your email address in BluMortgage without any issues.
