How to Set Up the French BluMortgage CRM

Introduction

This article describes how to translate the BluMortgage CRM fields from English to French, and add the BluMortgage French templates. If you have any questions about this article, reach out to support@bluroot.ca

How to Install

Translate BluMortgage Fields and Modules 

On the CRM settings page, there is a translation section where you can translate your CRM fields. Below are the steps to translate the BluMortgage English fields to French:

Install the French Translation

  1. Log in to your BluMortgage CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" (⚙️) section, typically located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Under the "Customization"  heading, find and click the "Translations" section.
  4. Click the "Add Language" button > Find and select "French"
  5. Save the selection by selecting the "Add" blue button.
  6. Selecting the "Import" button.
  7. Download the txt file "BluMortgage Fields French Translation" attached to this Knowledge Based article.
  8. Find the downloaded file and import it via the "Import Translated File" pop up window.

Enable in your BluMortgage CRM

  1. Navigate to the "Settings" (⚙️) section.
  2. Under the "General" heading, select the "Personal Settings" section
  3. Scroll Down to "Locale Information" and select the pencil (✎) icon to modify the CRM "Language" field.
  4. In the "Language" drop down field, find "français" and select the "Save" button to translate the CRM.

Use French Email Templates

  1. Click on this link to install the BluMortgage CRM French Templates.
  2. The link above will redirect you to the Zoho Marketplace where you can install the BluMortgage French Template Extensions
  3. After the extension has been installed, you can navigate to the templates section to view the templates added to the CRM.
    1. The templates can be found by navigating to the "Settings" (⚙️) section. 
    2. Under the "Customization"  heading, find and click the "Templates" section.

Update Workflow with French Email Templates

  1. Go to Settings -> Workflows and select the relevant workflow
  2. Click on one of the Email Notification in the Action section of the workflow
  3. Click on Select Template and choose the corresponding French template. Note: the templates should be numbered the same
  4. Save the workflow
