3. How to Set Up Your Email Signature
It is important to look professional in all your communications. Within Zoho Mail you can set up a signature so that all of your emails sent are consistent with your branding.
Here is the step-by-step process:
Log in to your Zoho account.
Click Settings (gear icon) > Channels > Email > Email Configuration > Compose.
Under the Email Signature section, click “Add New Signature”.
Paste your signature here and save. You can use HTML if you have a branded design from your team.
