How to Retrigger Schedulers for Birthday and Anniversary box

Introduction

BluMortgage CRM has automatic schedulers that run every month for birthdays and mortgage anniversaries. These schedulers automatically select the "birthday next month", "birthday this month", and/or the "mortgage anniversary next month" checkbox on the date of birth of the client or the closing date of the mortgage record.

After performing a data import, we recommend triggering these schedulers manually to update the "birthday next month", "birthday this month", and the "mortgage anniversary next month" checkbox. If you have any questions on how to trigger to schedulers, please contact us at support@bluroot.ca.

How to Use

Below are the steps on how to re-trigger schedulers for Birthday and Anniversary box:

Go to the Setup Page (⚙️) on the top right of the page next to your profile picture.
Under Automation > select Schedulers.
Hover over the name of the scheduler and click "Run Now"
