How to Use Canvas Feature in Zoho CRM

How to Use

On the customization page of Zoho CRM, there is a section to create a Canvas view. Below are the steps to create a canvas template:
  1. Login to your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Click on the "Settings"  (⚙️) icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Customization" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under "Customization," click on "Canvas" in the left-hand sidebar.
  4. Click on the "Create Record Detail Page" button in the top right corner of the screen to create a new Canvas.
  5. Give your Canvas a name and select the module that you want to associate with the Canvas.
  6. Once you have created your Canvas, you can add different components to it by clicking on the "Add Component" button in the top left corner of the screen.
  7. Select the component that you want to add and configure its settings as per your requirements.
  8. You can customize the layout of your Canvas by dragging and dropping the components to different positions.
  9. Once you have added all the components that you need, you can save your Canvas by clicking on the "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen.
  10. After saving your Canvas, you can set it as the default view for your module by clicking on the "Set As Default" button in the top right corner of the screen.
