We recently added a new feature in BluMortgage where now you are able to address multiple people in one email template.

The workflow below only triggers when mortgages are edited.

However, if there are pre-existing mortgages before this function existed, those deals will not have the "email to" and contact 2 & 3 fields populated even though it has multiple borrowers attached to it.

This video will show you how to "mass edit" the deals to get the function to trigger.
