Unhide Development Section in BluMortgage CRM

How to Use

On your BluMortgage CRM Account, there is a hidden development section that includes fields used in the "BLU023E: Update Contact 2/3/4 Name, Email" workflow rule . This workflow rule updates the co-borrowers information in the CRM and allows the "Email To" merge tag to bring in all applicants name into an email template. Below are the steps to unhide the development section.

How to Unhide the Development Section in BluMortgage CRM

  1. Log in to your BluMortgage CRM account.

  2. Click the Gear Icon
    Located at the bottom-left corner of your screen to access Setup.

  3. Go to Modules and Fields
    Under Customization, select Modules and Fields.

  4. Select the Mortgages Module
    From the list, click on Mortgages.

  5. Open Layout Rules
    In the Mortgages module settings, go to Layout Rules.

  6. Find "Hide Development Section" Rule
    Locate the rule named "Hide Development Section" in the list.

  7. Disable the Rule
    Click on the rule, and deactivate it by toggling it off.

  8. Check the Development Section

    • Go to the Mortgages module.

    • Open any deal record.

    • You will now see the Development Section displayed, including Applicant 1 to 4 fields and Co-Borrower details.

 To Hide It Again (Optional)

  1. Return to Setup > Modules and Fields > Mortgages > Layout Rules.

  2. Find "Hide Development Section", and enable the rule.

  3. The Development Section will now be hidden from view in the Mortgages module.
