User permissions - Roles and Profiles
Introduction
For every user in the CRM, they are assigned a user and a role.
The role determines what data you can see. For example, I can see all the Deals/Contacts of the users who have the same role as me, but I can't see the Deals/Contacts of anyone above me.
The Profile determines what is allowed from an admin perspective. For example, a "Standard" profile cannot change a workflow, but an "Administrator" profile can.
By default, the first user in your BluMortgage CRM will be set the role of "CEO" and the profile of "Administrator".
