1. Customized Dashboard
   
1. The dashboard feature allows you to add widgets to the homepage to help you organize your daily business activities. You can find the prebuilt widgets on the right column of the dashboard.
2. To add a widget:
   
1. Click on the + sign to add widget to the dashboard.
   
2. Click on the edges of the widget to change the size of the box.
   
3. You can also edit the homepage dashboard permissions to control which users are allowed to view the custom dashboard. 
   
1. To change permissions:
   
1. Click on the Visibility drop down > Select the preferred permission.
2. Side Tool Bar
   
1. On the left side, there is a blue column where you can access your other Zoho Applications. This sidebar allows you to switch from one app to another.
   
2. If you'd like to add more apps to the sidebar:
   
1. Hover over the app name > click on the pin icon to pin the preferred app to the side bar. You can click and drag the app to arrange the order of the column.
   
3. Add New Users
   
1. Click on the (⚙️) settings icon > Users > Add New User.
   
4. Settings
   
1. Click on the (⚙️) settings icon > Click on any of the Zoho Apps to access the settings page for that specific app.
   
5. Zia Search
   
1.  The Zia Search is located at the bottom right toolbar. This feature allows you to look for records within the Zoho Apps.
